BOABDING & DAY SCHOOL,
BELLEVUE PLACE, SOUTHAMPTON,
(Opposite St. Paul's,)
CONDUCTED BY
MSEo IAOTIWS
(Successor to Mr. Bullar.)
The ordinary course of Instruction in this Establishment includes a sound English, Classical, Mathematical, and Commercial Education, together with the careful and daily study of the Holy Scriptures.
Mr. Balshaw, deeply feeling the importance of early training, has been induced to connect a Preparatory School with his Establishment, in which the Pupils are sedulously prepared for the senior classes, under the immediate direction of Mr. B.
The System adopted combines the comforts of a private family, with the regularity of a School, the treatment being uniformly generous and affectionate, and the discipline mild, yet strict, impartial, and efficient.—A parental regard is paid to the health and comfort of the Pupils by Mrs. Balshaw herself, who constantly superintends the domestic arrangements of the Establishment.
