Letter from William Lamb, second Viscount Melbourne, House of Lords, to Henry John Temple, third Viscount Palmerston: the Duke of Cleveland has spoken to him on behalf of Sir John Campbell, minister for the East India Company at the coast of Persia. Cleveland fears he will be suspended by Mr. McNeill who is going out as secretary to Mr. Ellis. The privileges of the Basques. 9 Jul 1835
