Letter from William Lamb, second Viscount Melbourne, South Street, to Henry John Temple, third Viscount Palmerston: the Queen has sent a writ [not enclosed] for her great dinner which she wishes Palmerston to look at and give his opinion upon. The Queen thinks the Duke of Wellington should be asked, with which Melbourne agrees. Melbourne has also suggested Lord Grey. 9 Jun 1838
