THE ELEVENTH ANNUAL REPORT
of the

1881-82.
SUMMARY OF THE YEAR'S WORE.
The work of the Anglo-Jewish Association during the past year is intimately connected with historical events which have engrossed the attention of the entire Community.
In common with the rest of their loyal fellow-subjects, the members of the Anglo-Jewish Association have publicly recorded the sense of their joy at the providential deliverance of the Queen from an attempt upon her life (see page 10). They have also, in concurrence with numerous public bodies, signified to the family of the late General Garfield, as well as to the Government and the citizens of the United States of America, their profound sorrow at the untimely death of the President of the United States (see pages 11, 12).
