of April in each year, or oftener if required, furnish the Council with an account of its own transactions, and with particulars of its financial position.
8. Any Branch may be dissolved by an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the Association, convened by advertisement for the purpose, upon a recommendation of the Council, or in consequence of the reduction of its members to less than the minimum number, ten.
9. In the event of the dissolution of a Branch, the balance of its funds shall be handed over for the general purposes of the Association.
