The Ordinary Meetings of the Guardians are held on Thursdays, fortnightly during the year, at half-past two o'clock in the afternoon.
The Rates for the Relief of the Poor are made half-yearly, at Meetings of the Board held within fourteen days after the 25th of March and the 21st of September in each year, when it is;necessary that at least Nine Guardians should be present, j „
