1st.—Ninety per cent., or nine-tenths of the Profits, ascertained every fivQ years, allocated to. tfie holders ofPolicies, which may be applied in tha reduction of the. fotur© annual premium, tir be added to the sum insured as a Bonus. !
2nd .—.Policy holders to the amount of £ 2000 "an4 upwards, for- the whol? period of life, on their own or on, the life ofanomiuee, jare eligible for the office of Director j and the holders of Policies for £5Q0. and upwards have permission to attend the Annual General Meeting, at which a statement of th£ Society's affairs is produced.
3rd.—Thirty days allowed for the payment of the Premium from the date of its becoming due.
4th.—All claims paid within fifty days of their being allowed by the Board; Disputed claims referred to Arbitration.
The Society is chiefly, but not exclusively, devoted to the Assurance of the lives of members of the Weslej^h Methodist Societies, and of the hearers and friends of that'religious connexion. Assurances, however, may be effected upon all assurable lives. ~
O tie-half, at leas^, of the Directors are chosen,from Accredited members of the Wesleyan ZVXethodist Societies.
