23. An Annual GROUND RENT of £10 10s. viz. the Reversion in Fee of and in a Dwelling House, Workshop, Tenement, and a large Garden, on the South-East side of Oxford-Street, Shirley, bounded on the North-East by Lot 19, and on the South-West by lot 27, and demised by JOHN PARSONS, Esq. to Mr. THOMAS HARRIS, for a term of 1000 years, from the 29th of September, 1839, at an annual rent of £10 10s. subject to the Lessee's right to purchase the Fee at £250.
24. An Annual GROUND RENT of £12, viz. the Reversion in Fee of Five Dwelling Houses on the North-West side of Oxford-Street, Shirley, bounded on the North-East side by the rear of premises in the occupation of Mr. GEORGE PARSONS, Grocer, and on the South-West, by premises now or late of Mr. POWELL, and demised by JOHN PARSONS, Esq. to Messsrs. CUMING and PHILPS, for a term of 1000 years, from the 29th of September, 1839, at an annual ground rent of £12, subject to the Lessee's right to purchase the Fee, in several portions, for sums amounting together to £300.
Lot 25. An Annual GROUND RENT of £6, viz. the Reversion in Fee of and in three Dwelling Houses and Premises on the North-West side of Oxford-Street, Shirley, bounded on the North-East by premises now or late of Mr. JAMES HEALS, and on the South-West by lot 16, and demised by JOHN PARSONS, Esq. to Mr. HENRY WING, for a term of 1000 years., from the 25th of December, 1842, at an annual rent of £6, subject to the Lessee's right to purchase
Lot 26. An. Annual GROUND RENT of £8, viz. the Reversion in Fee of and in four Dwelling Houses and Premises on the South-East side of Oxford-Street, Shirley, bounded on the North-East by lot 23, on the South-West by lot 20, and demised by JOHN PARSONS, Esq. to Mrs. MARY TARGETT, for a term of 1000 years from the 29th of September, 1844, at an annual rent of £8, subject to the Lessee's right to purchase the Fee at £160.
Lot 27. Two Annual GROUND RENTS of £6 each, viz. the Reversion in Fee of and in four Dwelling Houses and Premises on the South-West side of Richmond Cottage, (Lot 6) demised by JOHNPARSONS, Esq. to Mr. JAMES DAVIE for two several terms of 1000 years, at the respective annual rents of £6 and £6, subject to the Lessee's right, at any time within twenty years from the date of the respective Leases, to purchase the said several Ground Rents at £120 for each.
Lot 28. An Annual GROUND RENT of £16, viz. the Reversion in Fee of and in four Dwelling Houses and Gardens, Numbers 7, 8, 9, and 10, in Richmond Place, Shirley, demised by JOHN PARSONS, Esq. to the late Mr. WILLIAM TARGETT for 1000 years, from the 24th of June, 1843, at an annual rent of £16, subject to the Lessee's right to purchase the Fee at £320.
Lot 29. A Close of rich PASTURE LAND, containing about la. 2r. 38p. and Piece of ARABLE LAND
adjoining, containing about one rood, situate in Waterhouse Lane, Shirley, together with seven Dwelling Houses and Gardens, also adjoining, let at annual rents amounting to £66.
This Lot is Leasehold, and held under H. J. N. PARKER, Esq. on lease for 1000 years, from 24th December, 183*, at an annual rent of £20, and is discharged of Land Tax.
Lot 30. Six LEASEHOLD DWELLING HOUSES and Gardens, with a Store adjoining, situate in Foundry Lane, Shirley, let at annual rents amounting to £45.
These Premises are held on Lease, granted by the late Sir Charles Mill, Bart, for a term of 99 years, now determinable with the lives of William Young, aged about 29 years, and James Young, aged about 27 years, at an annual rent of 10s.
Lot 31. Three DWELLING HOUSES and Gardens, Brickyard, and LAND adjoining, situate at Nursling, Hants, and containing together 8a. Ir. 8p. or thereabouts, let to Mr. BROWNJOHN, as yearly tenant, at an annual rent of £60.
These Premises are held on Lease, granted by the late Sir Charles Mill, Bart, for a term of 99 years, now determinable with the lives of Thomas Powell and Thomas Powell the younger, and Charles Powell, respectively aged 78, 56, and 48 years, or thereabouts, under a yearly rent of £5 5s.
A Policy of Assurance for a6100, on the life of Thomas Powell, the elder, on which there is an annual payment of £7 9s. 10 d. will be sold with this Lot.

Part of this Property is held on Lease, under Sir John Barker Mill, Bart, for a term or terms of years, determinable with the lives
of Harriett Amyatt, Charlotte Amyatt, and Thomas Fox, subject to a small annual quit rent.
The residue of the Property it Copyhold, held of the Manor of Millbrook, for the lives of Thomas Crocker, aged about 56 years, and Joseph Crocker, aged about 33 years, subject to a heriot on the death of the tenant, but without any yearly rent.

These Premises are Copyhold of Inheritance, and subject to a yearly rent of 6 d.
Lot 35. A TENEMENT and Garden, together with a Wharf, having a frontage towaids Bursledon River of 120 feet, or thereabouts, situate at Bursledon, Hants. The Tenement and Garden are in the occupation of Mrs. GODDARD, at the weekly rent of 2s. The Wharf is untenanted.
These Premises are Copyhold of Inheritance, held under the Manor of Bishop's Waltham, and subject to an annual Quit Rent not exceeding Is.
